The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Ganesan Pyrotech:
- All prices mentioned are subject to revision without prior notice, depending on market conditions and commercial requirements.
- Prices are F.O.R. Sivakasi. Lorry freight charges are extra and payable by the customer (to-pay basis).
- The above price list is inclusive of GST @ 18%, calculated based on the prevailing market value.
- The minimum order value is Rs. 3,000/- for orders within Tamil Nadu only.
- For Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, and Telangana, the minimum order value is Rs. 5,000/-. Packing and forwarding charges of 3% will be charged additionally.
- For the rest of India, the minimum order value is Rs. 25,000/-. Packing and forwarding charges of 3% will be charged additionally.
- The quality of fireworks may vary depending on natural and climatic conditions.
- However, we ensure that our products meet 95% to 99% assured quality standards under normal conditions.
- Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
- By placing an order, the customer agrees to comply with all applicable safety rules, transport regulations, and local laws related to fireworks.
